This article will explain how to change the number of days after checkout that the follow-up email is delivered.

If you need to change the number of days after checkout that your customers receive the follow-up email requesting a review, you can do so by going to Setup> Seller Ratings and changing the number here:

(Please note that this email must go out within 90 days of purchase to stay in compliance with Google's policy).
