If, for some reason, you need to change the date of the follow-up email, you can do that here:

A good example of using the "Change Follow-up Date" option would be if you knew shipping was delayed and the follow-up email asking for a review would arrive before the product, you can change the follow-up date to a later time. Again, you want your customer to have received their product before they receive the follow-up email requesting their post-fulfillment (full) survey.
