Our system collects an "initial" checkout survey at the time of checkout. This is the survey that pops up on the order confirmation page.

Based on your settings, a certain number of days after checkout your customer will get an email from us requesting their "full" post-fulfillment review.
You can see the dates here:
"Initial": date of purchase
β"Follow-up": date the follow-up email requesting the full, post-fulfillment review goes out
β"Full": date the full, post-fulfillment review was completed

You can change the number of days after checkout your follow-up email is currently set to send, and also edit the text of the email by navigating to Setup > Seller Ratings:
