This article will show you what all the review dates mean

Our system collects an "initial" checkout survey at the time of checkout. This is the survey that pops up on the order confirmation page.

Based on your settings, a certain number of days after checkout your customer will get an email from us requesting their "full" post-fulfillment review.

You can see the dates here:

  • "Initial": date of purchase
    ​

  • "Follow-up": date the follow-up email requesting the full, post-fulfillment review goes out
    ​

  • "Full": date the full, post-fulfillment review was completed
    ​

You can change the number of days after checkout your follow-up email is currently set to send, and also edit the text of the email by navigating to Setup > Seller Ratings:
