Manage Seller Ratings

From the “Manage Seller Ratings” tab, the filter button here has several options:

  • Public & Public with comments:
Very similar to the Initial Survey date, this filter just shows the questions marked as “public” in their Survey Options.

  • Initial survey date & initial survey date with comments:
This will show you the Initial Surveys (the ones that are collected at the checkout page; the ones with comments can be visible on the reviews/cert pages)

  • Full survey date & full survey date with comments:
This will show you the Full Surveys (the ones that are sent via email x number of days after checkout; the ones with comments count towards Google)

  • Hand-picked reviews:
This will show you any of the hand-picked (favorite) reviews the client selected to appear in their widgets

  • Pending full survey:
This will show you the customers who are waiting to receive their follow-up email

  • Re-rated reviews:
This will show you any reviews that have been re-rated (updated reviews)

  • Have uploaded media:
This will show you any reviews that have a picture or video attached

  • Star Rating:
You can filter by star rating (ie, just 1-2-3-4-5 star reviews)

  • All Resolutions:
This will allow you to see both customer response and company responses

  • Open Resolutions:
This will allow you to see which responses are waiting for the customer’s reply

  • Resolved Resolutions:
This will allow you to see those customer/company responses that have now been resolved
