New Review Filter Menu Setting – Set the Default View Order

Learn how to use the new “Save this search as my default view” feature in your dashboard’s filter menu to customize how your reviews are displayed.

Overview

We’ve added a new Save this search as your default view feature in Manage Store Ratings and Manage Product Reviews. Currently, reviews are displayed by the checkout survey date, showing the most recently collected reviews from checkout (Initial Survey) first.

With the new feature, you can now save a custom default view to focus on the reviews you care about most. For example, you can set it to show the most recent follow-up survey (Full Survey) reviews first.


How to Use the Feature

  1. Go to Manage Store Ratings or Manage Product Reviews.

  2. Click the Filter Menu.


  3. Set your preferred parameters.

  4. Click Save this search as my default view.


  5. Once saved, you’ll see a message indicating that you’re currently looking at a saved filter.


  6. To remove a saved filter, click the “You are viewing a saved search” button in the filter menu.


  7. At this time, only one saved filter can be applied. We’re planning enhancements to allow multiple saved filters in a future update.

This sets a default for your account globally, so it applies to all users.
