New Review Icons
Updated this week

When you choose “Manage Store Ratings” (formerly “Seller Ratings”) in the main navigation menu of your Shopper Approved dashboard, you’ll be taken to a list of all of the reviews Shopper Approved has collected for you. We’ve added new details and icons here to make it easier for you to see the status of each review.

When a customer fills out the checkout survey, the date and time the survey was completed is displayed, along with the date the follow-up survey is planned to be sent.

This “planned to send” date is calculated using the number of days you chose in your survey settings.

When the follow-up survey has been sent, the status changes to “Sent” and the date and time the survey was sent is displayed.

Once the follow-up has been completed, the status changes to “Completed” and the date and time of this action is also displayed.

Special cases

  • If there is no checkout date listed, this means the checkout survey was skipped.

  • If a 3rd party app such as Klaviyo or Sendlane has taken over the sending of the follow-up survey instead of Shopper Approved, then there is no “Planned to Send” date.

  • If a “Planned to Send” date is in the past, this is your indication that the follow-up survey was never sent and there could potentially be a problem.

LABL

LABL is free for our clients to use and tracks order deliveries, allowing you to perfectly time the sending of the follow-up survey with the actual delivery of the product to your customers! If you are using LABL, there are even more review icons to help you determine the status of an order and a review.

In the example above, we see that order delivery has not happened yet. The follow-up survey will be sent 1 day after delivery. If for some reason delivery confirmation isn’t sent to our system, then the follow-up survey will be sent on the Fallback Send date. All of these settings are customizable in the survey settings section of your dashboard.

Once the customer’s order has been delivered, the review status changes to reflect this. A fallback date is no longer needed because the follow-up date will now be sent however many days after delivery that you have chosen in your survey settings. Once the follow-up survey has been sent and completed, these dates will show up in the review status.
