To test your new automations, you’ll need to submit test reviews for your site using an email address that is associated with a phone number that has subscribed to receive SMS.
Test each trigger as follows:
initial_review - fill out the checkout survey (initial) either on the site or via the survey in the SA dashboard
product_review - wait for the follow-up email or click the link in the initial_review message, and then fill out the product review portion of the follow-up survey
4_and_5_star_positive_review - fill out the post-fulfillment (full) survey with an overall rating of 4 or 5 stars
3_star_neutral_review -fill out the post-fulfillment (full) survey with an overall rating of 3 stars
1_and_2_star_critical_review - fill out the post-fulfillment (full) survey with an overall rating of 1 or 2 stars
video_review - complete the post-fulfillment (full) survey with an overall rating of 4 or 5 stars, and then submit a video review. Please note that you must have video reviews enabled on your Shopper Approved account for this to apply.
photo_review - during the product review portion of the post-fulfillment survey, submit an image to go along with your review
When testing, make sure to reply Y to the initial opt-in text message you receive from Postscript so that you will receive the test messages as well.
