This article will walk you through how to use prebuilt Journeys to work with Shopper Approved.

For your convenience, Shopper Approved has set up the following prebuilt Journeys for you to use as is, or to customize to fit your needs:

  • Seller Rating SMS (Send a text to subscribers who have filled out the checkout (initial) seller survey and request a post-fulfillment (full) survey review.

  • Product Review SMS (Send a text to subscribers who have filled out the checkout (initial) survey and request a product review).

  • 4- and 5-star Positive Review Response SMS (Send a text thanking customers for their positive review).

  • 3-star Neutral Review Response SMS (Send a text to customers who have left a 3-star review and ask if they would like to talk to someone in your customer service department about their recent order).

  • 1- and 2-star Critical Review Response SMS (Send a text to customers who have left a 1- or 2-star review and ask if they would like to talk to someone in your customer service department).
