What is the difference between the checkout and post-fulfillment surveys?

Shopper Approved offers two types of surveys to give you a way to collect both merchant and product reviews.

Checkout ("initial") Survey

The checkout survey is generated through our "checkout page code" and pops up on the order confirmation page after a customer places an order on your site. This will allow them to review their online experience and capture their seller review.

    Your checkout survey ratings are visible in organic searches like your Shopper Approved certificate page:

Post-fulfillment ("full") Survey

The post-fulfillment survey is sent to your customer in a follow-up email. This email is sent to them based on the number of days you have set in your dashboard. This survey can be for both Seller and Product Reviews.

  • Where do my post-fulfillment surveys display?

    Your post-fulfillment ratings are visible on your Google Seller Ratings Page (you can find this by searching "https://www.google.com/shopping/ratings/account/lookup?q=yourdomain.com"). From there, Google will distribute stars to your text ads:
