Checkout ("initial") survey:

  • This review is collected at the time of checkout via a pop-up survey on your order confirmation page. Your customers will rate their overall shopping experience. This review will display on all your Shopper Approved widgets but does not syndicate to Google.

Post-fulfillment ("full") survey:

  • This review is collected via the follow-up email that we send to customers a set number of days after the customer places their order. The days to send this email can be customized by you in your account. Once the customer receives this email, they can update their original rating and comment left from the initial review.

If you are collecting product reviews with us, the customer can also leave product reviews at this time. These reviews do syndicate to Google if the review has a quality comment.
