Customers will see the thank you page survey after checkout. From there, they will automatically receive an email from us requesting a full survey.
What if I have customers who purchase online or over the phone?
If you have a decent-sized customer base that doesn't purchase online, our team can send out an email blast to your customers on your behalf. Or, if you only have a few customers from time to time but would still like to send them a review link, please email [email protected] so we can send that customer a review link directly. You can also enquire about using our link to the full survey to request reviews from your customers manually.
What if the customer says they didn't see the pop-up survey after checkout and you want to send them a review link?
The customer may be using an ad blocker. To be safe, we will want to place a test order on your site to confirm that everything is working properly. From there, we can send a customer a review link.
