Yes, we can reach out to your past customers within the last 12 months asking them for a review.

In order to do this, we will need the following template filled out for the domains you wish to do an email blast for. If you have more than one domain, we need one for each.
​

We can only send out an email blast for customers who are not already in our system. Sending an email blast is a great way to jumpstart your review collection when getting started or if you have a gap in review collection.
​

To send out an email blast for seller reviews only, use the "Example Seller Mail List".

Seller Review Email Blast Requirements

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

Note: If you are collecting product reviews with us, we will only need the "Example Product Mail List" template filled out.

Seller and Product Email Blast Requirements

  • Product ID

  • Product name

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Order number (not required, but strongly recommended)
