Can Shopper Approved send out an email blast to my customers for me?

Yes, we can reach out to your past customers within the last 12 months asking them for a review.

To do this, we will need the following template filled out for the domains you wish to do an email blast for. If you have more than one domain, we need one for each.

We can only send out an email blast for customers who are not already in our system. Sending an email blast is a great way to jumpstart your review collection when getting started or if you have a gap in review collection.

To send out an email blast for store reviews only, use the template below.

Store Review Email Blast Requirements

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

To send out an email blast for store & product reviews, use the template below.

Store and Product Email Blast Requirements

  • Product ID

  • Product name

  • Date of purchase

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Order number (not required, but strongly recommended)
