I have a customer who wants to leave a review but doesn't want to use the review link. What can I do?

For customers who aren’t tech-savvy or aren’t comfortable submitting a review using the link, we can still obtain their feedback and manually post a review for them.

To do so, we will need the customer's full name, order number and email address.


Note: we also need the product ID if we’re asking for a product review.

You can forward [email protected] an email from the customer where this information was given, or request that we reach out to the customer directly.

From there, we will take the customers review and publish that for them.
