What are Review Reminders?
Review Reminders are additional emails sent to customers who have not yet submitted a full survey review following the follow-up email. These help remind your customer to leave you a full review after having received their product or service and is a great way to increase the number of full reviews that you collect.
By default, the Buyer Experience review reminder email is enabled to be sent out 3 days after the first follow-up email. If a customer leaves you a full review the review reminders will not be sent out.
There are three different review reminders that we offer:
Visual Interactive Reminder (recommended)
Buyer Experience Email (enabled by default)
Don't Forget To Leave a Review Email
The Visual Interactive Reminder is highly recommended to be enabled in addition to, or instead of the Buyer Experience review reminder email. You can have all three review reminder types activated, but keep in mind those would be three additional emails that are being sent to your customers.
For example, you could have the follow-up email scheduled to be sent out 10 days after checkout. 1 day later if the customer hasn't left a review the Visual Interactive Reminder will be sent out. 3 days later if the customer still hasn't left a review you can schedule the Buyer Experience email to be sent out and so on.
Visual Interactive Reminder
The Visual Interactive Reminder will display your company logo once it's been uploaded to your account. If you have not done so already, please review this article for instructions on how to upload your company logo.
If collecting product reviews, the Visual Interactive Reminder will also display an image of the product the customer purchased which is obtained from your product feed. See here for product feed requirements.

Please note that if you're using Review Destinations to collect reviews on additional review platforms other than Shopper Approved, the visual reminder will not be available.
How to customize your Review Reminder emails
Users with Admin access can access review reminders by going to (top-left drop-down > Review Tools > Review Reminders).
Here you'll be able to customize which reminders you'd like activated and schedule the days after the follow-up email you'd like the reminders to be sent out.
We also offer the ability to customize the Buyer Experience and Don't Forget To Leave A Review emails by clicking on the "View Email" button next to the reminder.
If making customizations please be sure to update both the Plain Text and HTML versions of the email. Please keep in mind as a Google partner we cannot incentivize for reviews.
Once you're done with your customizations you'll click on the "Save & Submit" button.
Please note that if you're using Review Destinations to collect reviews on additional review platforms other than Shopper Approved, adjust your settings to "Shopper Approved + Review Destinations". This will remove the Visual Interactive Reminder as an option as the customer might be taken to another review platform. The other two reminders emails are still available.
Once you're done making your customizations please click on the "Update Changes" button toward the bottom of the page.
