Using Twitter (X) syndication you can automatically post 5-star reviews to your feed. By syndicating your reviews to Twitter you can reach more customers who may be browsing your Twitter (X) profile online.
What reviews can you send to Twitter (X)?
Once activated 5-star reviews will automatically be shared on your feed. Reviews will be randomly distributed and must contain at least 25 characters.
How to sync Twitter (X) to your Shopper Approved account.
Log in to your Shopper Approved dashboard and click on the menu icon in the top left hand corner > Social Media Syndication > Twitter Syndication > Go To Twitter Settings.
Towards the bottom of the page, you'll authorize Shopper Approved to post on your Twitter (X) feed.
Next, you'll want to select how often Shopper Approved syndicates your reviews to Twitter (X). Reviews can either be syndicated daily, or weekly and you can customize the amount of reviews that are syndicated.
