Our Social Media Syndication tools give you the ability to automatically publish your customer reviews to Facebook, YouTube and X, based on various criteria. To get started, log into your Shopper Approved dashboard and navigate to (top-left menu > Review Tools > Social Media Syndication).

Using Facebook Syndication, you send your existing 4 and 5-star merchant and product reviews to your business's Facebook page. Facebook has a high domain authority with Google, allowing your reviews to rank well in organic searches. ​See here for instructions.

YouTube syndication is a feature that allows you to share your YouTube videos on other websites and platforms. This can help increase the reach of your videos and attract more viewers. See here for instructions.

Using X syndication you can automatically post 5-star reviews to your feed. By syndicating your reviews to X you can reach more customers who may be browsing your X profile online. See here for instructions.
