The "Create your Public Company Response" option is available to respond to positive or negative comments publicly. These responses will display on your certificate page and your review widgets if selected in your settings. It's a great way to show other customers that you are a company that cares and responds to reviews both negative or positive.

On occasion, you will have customers who do not respond to your email sent from the "Customer Resolution" option. In this case, we recommend making a public comment.

This is a great way to educate other customers and can oftentimes turn a negative review into a positive review. You can thank someone for their positive feedback or make a comment stating that you tried reaching out to the customer regarding their issue.

When you make a public comment, the customer will not be notified, so we recommend using the Customer Resolution and Company Response in unison.
