Why uploading your logo is important

Uploading your company logo to your Shopper Approved account adds a personalized look and feel. Customers will be able to see your logo appear in the top-left corner of each survey and on your certificate page. You will also see your company logo in the Shopper Approved dashboard when you log into your account.

Note: the top-left corner of the survey will remain blank until the company logo is uploaded.

How to upload a logo to your Shopper Approved account

Users with Admin access can upload a company logo by going to (top-right drop-down on your name > Settings > Branding near the bottom of the page > Upload Photo).

Please keep in mind the logo must be a .PNG file with a max width of 500px. We recommend the logo be on a white or transparent background. Once uploaded, click on "Save and Apply". You should receive a green success message indicating that the logo was successfully uploaded.

From here, the logo will appear in the Shopper Approved dashboard and on your surveys.
