Shopper Approved has two ways to alert you when you have a new review: emails and in-app notifications.
To update your notification preferences, click the Bell notification next to your user name and then click the Settings icon:
Another way to access these notifications is to click on your name in the top right corner, and choose “Users” from the dropdown menu:
Then, click “Manage Notification Settings” on the righthand side:
A pop-up box will appear allowing you to choose your Notification options:
You can choose to receive a daily summary of all your reviews, and/or emails when a checkout survey, follow-up survey, or rerated review with public comments comes in.

Photo and Video Notifications
In the notification settings box, you’ll see a tab that says “Photo & Video Notifications”. You can opt to receive an email whenever you have a pending video, and/or in-app notifications if you have any pending media.
In-App notifications
You will get notified within your Shopper Approved dashboard whenever you have new store reviews, product reviews, or new pending media (if you opt in.) The bell icon at the top of your dashboard screen will light with a red dot when you have new notifications. Clicking the bell icon will show you a list of new reviews and/or media that you can then view or manage. Click the X to dismiss the notification.
