Why is uploading your logo important?
Uploading your company’s logo to your Shopper Approved account will add a personalized touch to each survey your customer sees as it will appear in the top left-hand corner of each survey. Until you upload a logo, your domain will appear instead.
How do I upload a logo?
An Admin can upload a logo by navigating to their "Settings" in the top right corner of their dashboard.
From there, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Branding section. You must upload a .PNG file with a max width of 500px.
For a successful upload, your logo will appear in the "Current Logo Uploaded" section. Don't forget to hit the "Save Logo" button.
Your logo will now appear in your dashboard, initial survey and full survey.
