Why is uploading a logo important?

Uploading your company’s logo to your Shopper Approved account will add a personalized touch to each survey your customer sees as it will appear in the top lefthand corner of each survey. Until you upload a logo, your domain would appear instead.

How do I upload a logo?

An Admin would be able to upload a logo by accessing the User Info tab in their dashboard. It’s all the way at the bottom of the page under Branding. We recommend a 300W x 100T PNG file for this.

Once you do this, your logo will appear in the Current Logo Uploaded section right below the Branding section to confirm it was correctly uploaded.
