How to use our Help Center and Chat Bot

The Help Center and Chat Bot will get you answer to your questions

Shopper Approved provides you with a help center and chat bot full of resources. You can find this bot in the lower right hand corner on the Shopper Approved home page or when you are logged in to your Shopper Approved account.

Our help center provides resources accessible through the chat button. Once clicked, you have several options. You can typically see your most recent conversation in the top section.

The second section has a search field, where you can find helpful information and how-tos for all the services provided by Shopper Approved. In the lower section, you can start a new message or view help articles and FAQ's.

Topics include "How to customize your Seal" and "How to set up Video Reviews".

This a great resource for you to find helpful information regarding your Shopper Approved account.

Note: Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm MST, Monday through Friday. The Bot attempts to provide you with an answer based on your questions, but if you are unable to find the answer you need, you can "Send us a message" to speak with one of our helpful account managers who will get back to you as soon as possible.
