WooCommerce doesn’t provide tracking information with order updates, which is needed in order for Shopper Approved Smart Surveys to work. If you use WooCommerce and want to use LABL for Smart Surveys, you must do one of the following:
-Use this paid extension: https://woocommerce.com/document/shipment-tracking/, which requires you to manually add the tracking information or have your shippers do it.
-Or, the easier solution would be to use LABL for shipping if available for your specific situation.
This doesn’t affect package protection or LABL’s other services, just our Smart Surveys.
