It's recommended to keep your contact information the same as what is provided on your Google My Business profile. Keeping your contact information the same as your Google My Business profile can help your reviews display in the "Reviews from the Web" section of Google My Business.
How to add your business contact information
Users with Admin access can add business contact information by going to (top-right drop-down on your name > Settings > Business Information).
Once you've added your contact information enable the "display this information on my Shopper Approved Review Certificate" and hit save. Enabling the toggle will ensure that the details are displayed publicly on your certificate page.
