Common issues

  1. Emails are not being sent
    Please ensure that a flow using the "Eligible for Shopper Approved Review" event has been created. Customers sent to our system via your order confirmation page automatically have this event sent to Klaviyo, and then Klaviyo utilizes this event to know which customers to send emails to.

  2. Emails are being sent too soon
    In Klaviyo, the best way to solve this issue would be to add a time delay between the event and the email steps. You can also add a conditional statement that checks to see if the order has been fulfilled if that information is within Klaviyo, and then control the email based on that data.
