The Shopper Approved QR Code allows you to collect in-person reviews from customers. This is a great way to capture valuable reviews at brick-and-mortar locations, trade shows, and any other in-person opportunities you may have.
To generate the custom QR Code your client will need to navigate to the top left menu > Setup > Seller Ratings.
Inside the Seller Ratings settings, there will be two options:
Automated Send Options - these will be the settings for review collection on the clients website
Manual Send Options - This is where you will find access to the QR code for the survey
When you select "Manual Send Options" you will be taken to the page to customize the QR code.
Note: If this is your first time visiting this page, you will be prompted to agree to not incentivize for collecting reviews.
After acknowledging, you will be able to customize the QR code.
You are able to customize colors on the QR code, including:
You can also upload a logo to personalize the QR code.
You can customize the design and size.
The QR code will then be able to be downloaded and used. Please note that these reviews will not be marked as “verified” on Shopper Approved assets (such as the Certificate Page or widgets) because customers are not being served this survey as part of a verifiable transaction.
Note: We may have to know the IP address you are using the QR code from so we can update the settings so that the reviews are not flagged by our system.
