Verify your survey is working properly by placing a test order

It's always beneficial to place a test order to ensure the code is working properly.

After you have placed the Shopper Approved survey code on your website for the survey to populate on the thank you page/order confirmation page, it's best to place a test order to confirm the code is working as expected.

Follow these steps to place a test order:

  1. Place a purchase on your website just like a customer would.

  2. The Shopper Approved survey should pop up on the thank you/order confirmation page. Submit a review from the Shopper Approved survey.



    Note: If you do not see the survey, please reach out to [email protected].

  3. Login to your Shopper Approved account and navigate to Seller Ratings > Manage Seller Ratings.


  4. You should see the review you just left at the top.

  5. If you can't find the review, you can search for the review using the filter menu and entering in the email address, name or order number you used on your review.
