Dashboard Summary

When you log into your dashboard, it shows a summary of your active v. inactive campaigns, number of events, and visits and visitors:

Campaigns

The Campaigns box lets you know at a quick glance how many campaigns are active (indicated by a green dot), and how many are created but not currently activated (indicated by a red dot).

  • Keep in mind that you could have numerous notifications within one campaign:

The left-hand menu also has a Campaigns icon that you can click to access your campaigns, and a plus sign you can click to quickly start the process of adding a new campaign:

Events

The events box tells you the total number of reviews and webhook/webform events that have come in, though it only stores 250 at a time. So, for established customers, this box will usually say 250:

The main dashboard page also shows you your latest 5 events, with a quick option to view all your events:

You can also view all your events by clicking on the Events icon on the left-hand menu:

When viewing all your events, you are welcome to delete any that you don’t want to display
Note: Deleting a Review from the Social Evidence dashboard does not delete it from Shopper Approved:

Visits and Visitors

The main page of the dashboard shows the Visits and Visitors the site has had since the Social Evidence pixel has been placed:

This starts counting after the pixel has been placed on the site, and this number includes visitors to all pages the pixel is on.

Sources

The Sources icon is found in the left-hand menu:

Clicking it shows you your already set up sources (the source called “Shopper Approved” is automatically added to any new account) and has a plus button for you to add a new source.

Reports

Reports can be accessed via the left-hand menu:

or under the Visitors box:

Social Evidence reporting is very limited. Evidence does not give us any information on conversion rate, click rate, or any other measure of a notification’s success. All it provides are four graph charts showing daily visits, daily visitors, visits for cycle, and daily events:

You are welcome to do your own testing by tracking conversions for a set amount of time before and after activating notifications, etc. According to the Evidence team, the conversion notification is the most successful notification type in terms of getting customers to convert (though our Reviews notification was not included in their testing.)

Pixel

Access the pixel by clicking the last icon on the left-hand menu:

If notifications aren’t showing, this is the first thing you check- making sure there is a Success message and that the pixel is receiving data:
