Pixel

The pixel can be found in the dashboard by clicking on the last icon on the left-hand menu:

Click “Do it Myself” and copy the pixel:

Creating a webhook

If you are interested in using a streak or conversion notification, you will need to create a webhook (usually an “Order creation” webhook) that will send over the needed info from their site to Evidence. Without this the streak and conversion notification types will not be an option for you.

To create the webhook URL you will need, first click the “Sources” icon on the left-hand menu:

Click the + button to add a new source. You can name it “Order Creation webhook” or the name of their platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc).

You will be given a webhook URL:

Webforms

The client can also send the needed info to Evidence via webform if that works better with their platform. Add a new source as described above, but choose “webform” instead of “webhook”. The client will need to add the webform URL:

When the client has told you the pixel has been placed, you’ll want to check in the dashboard that it has been placed properly and is receiving data:
