The Reviews notification is the only notification type that is already set up and ready to be activated as soon as you sign up for Social Evidence. It displays your most recent, relevant, and positive reviews from customers.

This feature is unique to Shopper Approved, and is not offered to other Evidence clients:

Clicking the review will take you directly to the Shopper Approved Review Certificate page. (www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/domain.com).

Every Shopper Approved client has a Reviews notification present in their dashboard as soon as Social Evidence is turned on for them.

  • Note: If you are an existing client who has added Social Evidence to your account, then the dashboard will be pre-loaded with your 50 most recent events/reviews.

    • New reviews are added at the same time every morning, and the dashboard will hold up to 250 total events at a time.

    • If you are a new customer who doesn’t have any reviews yet, the campaign will be set up but there will be no events. You will want to wait to activate the campaign until they have at least a few.

You can manage reviews you don’t want to show by deleting them or by setting up filters.

To customize the Reviews notification

  1. Go to Campaigns and click on “Shopper Approved”. Then click on “Shopper Approved Review”. Since your Source is already set, you can go straight to Design:

Design options are limited for the Reviews notification, but there are more options for the other notification types. You have 3 shape options:

  • The option to keep our star logo or upload your own

  • The option to add some shadowing

  • You can also choose how you’d like the notification to enter and exit the site.

Be sure to save your design here before continuing:

Next, click Settings. The most important setting for the Reviews notification is deciding whether to show only 5-star reviews or 4- and 5- star. (The default is 3-stars).
