To change the main account holder on your Shopper Approved account, you can:

  1. Have the current main account holder log in, click on their name in the top right-hand corner, and enter the new main account holder's email into the "New Email Address" box.
    ​

  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the following information.
    ​
    It would be best if the email came from the existing main account holder.
    ​


New Shopper Approved Main Account Holder:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Domain(s)

  • Details regarding the existing main account holder
    - Should they be removed or assigned a new role like Admin, Review Manager, etc. or removed from the account entirely?

  • Is this change happening for all the domains tied to this Main Account Holder or just one?

  • The reason why the account is being switched to this new person

    ​

Billing Account Contact:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Physical Billing Address (Sales Tax may apply if operating in the United States.)
