To change your domain name in your Shopper Approved dashboard, you will need to reach out to [email protected].
We will need you to confirm the following:
Are you going to be selling the same products on the new domain?
About how many orders are you doing per month? Is this number going to be changing?
Are you rerouting your current domain or are you moving platforms entirely?
Will you have the same feed in your Google Merchant account?
If the feed and everything is going to stay the same, we'll be able to change the domain name for you. We will update the domain name in the dashboard, and your certificate page once you give the go-ahead.
(Please be advised that the seal code will need to be re-added to your site once the change is made so that the certificate page shows correctly).
