To install the Gorgias integration, please follow the steps below. Feel free to follow along with the video located here as you go. I have also included the video as an attachment at the bottom of this article.
You will need to get your Gorgias account URL from within Gorgias. This should be visible in the URL bar of their browser.
You will enter that on the Gorgias page within App Marketplace in the Shopper Approved dashboard.
After entering your Gorgias URL and clicking the save button, a new button “Connect Gorgias” should appear that will take you to Gorgias where you can approve the app.
Once you have been redirected, you will be able to see the listing for our app. You will need to click the “Connect Unapproved App” to continue
After clicking that button, it will take you to a page where you will need to authorize the unapproved app.
Once you have followed these steps, the app will be hooked into your Gorgias account and you should begin receiving notifications for new reviews.
