Review Destinations Setup

This is how you would enter your review platforms for redirecting to other review platforms.

What is Review Destinations?

Review Destinations is a feature that allows a client to redirect a percentage of their customers to other platforms via the full survey which helps them boost their global online reputation in various places such as Trust Pilot, Google my Business and others.Here is an article on the benefits.

Requirements

There is a 20% minimum that needs to be sent to Shopper Approved.

What URLs are needed?- The Business Page URL is your company’s homepage on that particular review platform.- The Review Page URL is the URL where you actually leave a review on that platform.

For each review service, you will add the name and URLs of the review platform you’d like to redirect traffic to. Please follow the steps below.

Note: If you don’t see the review platform you want to add below, you would follow the same idea.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)
For example, if you wanted to direct traffic to Better Business Bureau, go to the Better Business Bureau website and search your business name in the search field. Go to your business page.

  1. To find the Business Page URL, you will Google the domain name and “bbb”:



    2. Once you are on your business page, copy that URL and enter it as the “Business Page URL”:

3. Click on “start a review” to go to the review page. Copy this link and add it to the Review URL:

Facebook

1.To find the Business Page URL, you will Google the company’s name and “Facebook”:

2. Once clicking on your Facebook page, take that URL and add it as the Business Page URL:

Note: If you have a Reviews tab, click on the Reviews tab and add that URL as the Reviews page URL, like this:

3. If there is no “Reviews” tab on your Facebook page, the business page URL will be used in both the Review Page URL and Business Page URL:

Google my Business

1. To find the Business Page URL, Google the company’s name and city, and paste that URL into the Shopper Approved dashboard. Ensure that your business is the correct business on the side:

  1. For the review page URL, you will need to log in to your Google My Business profile for your “GMB Short URL”. From home, find the "get more reviews" section, and click the "share a review form" link. That link will be entered here:



Site Jabber

  1. To find the Business Page URL, you will Google the company’s name and “Sitejabber”:

  1. Once clicking on the Sitejabber page, take this URL and add it as the Business Page URL:

  1. Click on “Write a Review” and then use that URL as the Review Page URL:

  1. To find the Business Page URL, you will Google the company’s name and “reseller ratings”:

2. Once clicking on the Reseller Ratings page, take this URL and add it as the Business Page URL:
