Shopify Permissions

These are the permissions we require to install our Shopify app and successfully integrate.

In order for us to successfully integrate our survey and widgets, we require certain permissions.

We will request access from our partner portal so please do NOT send us over an invitation.

1. Provide us with a collaborator access code.

To get started, you'll need to provide us with a collaborator access code.

Once we have the access code, we will send over a Shopify request.

2. Accept our Shopify access request.

You will receive an email for Shopify access to accept our request.

We are requesting the access we need to install the app, charge the app and integrate the app. Please do not remove any of our permissions or we will not be able to continue.

Permissions Required:

  • Orders

  • Products

  • Customers

  • Discounts

  • Manage and Install Apps & Channels

    • Approve App Charges

  • Themes

    • Edit Theme Code (including generating theme blocks)

  • Blog Posts and pages

  • Mange Settings

  • Checkout

  • Manage App Billing



​If you are an existing client, we may need access to Customer Events as well.
