To grant collaborator access in Shopify, follow these steps:
Log in to your Shopify account.
Click on "Settings" in the bottom-left corner.
Select "Users and permissions" from the lefthand menu:
We will need the Collaborator Request code, which is a 4-digit number:
The Support team member you are working with will need this number and use it to request Collaborator access.
Once you have been notified that access has been requested, return to Users and Permissions and find the Shopper Approved, llc user and approve the request.
Note: If access to Customer Events > Manage and Edit Custom Pixels are needed by the Support team member, follow the instructions here to add those permissions for the Shopper Approved user: https://help.shopperapproved.com/en/articles/9421145-providing-access-to-shopify-s-customer-events
