Yes! If you'd like to collect video reviews, you will need to change the settings found under the drop-down menu > Video Reviews > Incentives & Options:
Note: Only customers who left a 4- or 5-star review will be asked to leave a video review.
Video Collection Method
We recommend selecting both options for collection so the customer has the option to leave a video review right away and/or later by sending them an email.
Incentivizing for Reviews
You do have the option to incentivize for reviews. You do not have to but it's recommended as you will likely get a higher video review conversion.
Incentive Delivery Types:
The One Discount Code is typically what we recommend, as it’s easiest to manage.
Bulk Discount Codes is an option for entering multiple discount codes. These are supposed to be removed from our system as they are used, however, it is your responsibility to verify your discount codes are removed.
The Redirect URL is a URL to a page on your site if you want to offer some sort of free gift/item.
The Email option will be a manual email that you send to customers. This is NOT sent through our system. Once it is emailed, you can check this box to help keep track:
Approving Reviews
Once you collect video reviews, you can view the video and either "Approve" or "Reject" the video. Approved videos will be displayed on your Shopper Approved certificate, Google search results, and YouTube if you have connected your YouTube account. If you reject them, nothing will happen but they will still remain in your list of video reviews.
You are also able to download the video and use it however you see fit in marketing materials or on your website.
