The Boomerang Tab is available to anyone who has at least one campaign running.

This feature displays the text of a new notification on your site’s browser tab when a visitor navigates away from the site by opening a new tab. This grabs their attention and increases the likelihood that they will go back to your site to see what the notification is for. Boomerang tabs are enabled in the “Options” tab of each campaign.
