This article will go over the current features within the Gorgias integration

With the new Gorgias integration, Shopper Approved can begin sending notifications to Gorgias for each new review that you receive. From there, there are a couple of things that you can do. I have also included the videos for each functionality as attachments to this article.

  1. Reach out to a customer directly to thank them or work to resolve any concerns that they have: https://www.screencast.com/t/jENaCWHsDzT
    Please note that if a customer has concerns that your team is able to resolve and you would like for them to be able to rerate their review, you can reach out to [email protected] and our team can send the customer a rerate link.

    This will allow for you to create a public message that will be visible on your Shopper Approved widgets and certificate without needing to open the Shopper Approved dashboard.

  3. Create automations to flag low reviews or to automatically assign Gorgias tickets to your support representatives: https://www.screencast.com/t/bPxCszZY
    This can help automate the task of reaching out to customers based on the reviews that they leave.
