With the new Gorgias integration, Shopper Approved can begin sending notifications to Gorgias for each new review that you receive. From there, there are a couple of things that you can do. I have also included the videos for each functionality as attachments to this article.

 Please note that if a customer has concerns that your team is able to resolve and you would like for them to be able to rerate their review, you can reach out to [email protected] and our team can send the customer a rerate link.

 This will allow for you to create a public message that will be visible on your Shopper Approved widgets and certificate without needing to open the Shopper Approved dashboard.
