To uninstall the Q&A Answerbase app, log in to your Shopify store, click on Apps in the left main menu > scroll down and click on App Settings > find the Answerbase AI-Enabled FAQs app in the app list.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side and click Uninstall.
Once, you uninstall, the app should be in the Uninstalled tab.
Uninstalling the Answerbase AI-Enabeld FAQs app will cancel your Q&A subscription.
