In your Shopper Approved dashboard, you can "favorite" a review by clicking the heart icon next to the review:
You can view your "favorited" reviews by filtering for them here:
After filtering to Favorite Reviews, there will appear a dropdown box where you can choose how long you'd like to keep them active for:
Note: By default, your "favorited" selections expire after 30 days. Make sure to either update them often or change your settings to "indefinitely".
You can then set your reviews page widget or rotating widget to display your "favorite" reviews first:
