Review Badges are the next generation of Milestone Awards, offering significantly more customization, flexibility, and display options than ever before. They're a powerful way to showcase your reputation, highlight your achievements, and build trust with shoppers.
Who can display Review Badges?
Any client that has collected 50 or more 5-star reviews is eligible to display Review Badges.

While Review Badges offer many new capabilities, several core features remain the same:
Badges automatically update as you reach new milestones
Clicking a badge opens your Shopper Approved certificate page
Existing Milestone Award designs are still available
No manual maintenance is required
Customizing Review Badges
To customize your Review Badges, navigate to:
Widgets → Store Ratings → Review Badges
From here, you can:
Edit an existing badge
Create a new badge
Duplicate badge designs for use in multiple locations
Match Your Brand
Review Badges are designed to fit seamlessly into your website's branding.

To make customization easier, we've included an Inspiration Gallery featuring professionally designed selections.
When you select a design from the inspiration gallery, the badge automatically applies the colors, fonts, and settings used in that design, making it easy to achieve a polished look in just a few clicks.
If you prefer, you can also start from scratch by selecting All Badge Styles.

Once you've finished customizing your badge, click Size & Name Your Widget to finalize sizing and save your design.

Review Badges can be combined into a custom badge lock-up that highlights the trust signals most important to your business.
Choose up to three metrics:
5-Star Review Count
Total Review Count
Average Star Rating
Mix and match these badges to create a trust story that best represents your brand and achievements.
Easily add or remove to create the design that best suits your site. You can even drag and drop to reorder.
Display your badges anywhere

Managing Existing Badges
After naming and saving your badge, you'll be able to:
Copy embed code
Download SVG files
Download PNG files
Edit existing designs
If the embed code for a badge is already on your site, editing that badge in the dashboard will update it live on your site once saved.
