As a Google partner, we collect reviews for your business and syndicate those to Google. When they are syndicated to Google, they will appear on your Seller Ratings Page. If you have reached Google's requirements for showing stars in your text ads, the rating from this page will be the one that displays.

To view your Seller Ratings Page, you can use the following link:

For more information on Google's requirements for showing stars in your text ads, please reference this article:

However, it is important to note that this rating is different than the rating and reviews that you may collect on Google My Business.

Google My Business (GMB) is a profile that you can set up within your Google Merchant Center to appear on Google Maps. You can have multiple GMB profiles if you have multiple physical locations. If you are an eCommerce business that does not have physical stores, you will likely only have one listing, if any at all.

The reviews collected through GMB will not syndicate to your Seller Ratings Page and will not count towards that overall rating or requirement for showing stars in your text ads.

Your GMB reviews will appear on your GMB listing in Google search as well as on Google Maps.

We do, however, have a feature called Review Destinations that can help you collect more reviews on your Google my Business page. Check out the information here: https://results.shopperapproved.com/reviewdestinations.

If your goal is to show stars in your Google text ads, you will want to collect reviews using a Google partner like Shopper Approved.
