I'm changing carts- now what?

This article will provide you next steps on how to replace your Shopper Approved code to your platform.

When you change themes or carts on your site, our code will need to be re-added.

For our integrations team to do this for you, we will need:

  • A signed waiver

  • Admin panel access to your site

(We can also provide instructions to you if you'd prefer to do this internally).

Once we have a waiver and access, our developers will replace our survey code and widgets.

We typically place this on a preview theme and will not push the changes live until we have your go-ahead.

To get started:

  1. Email [email protected] and include the following:

  • Your domain name

  • Your current cart

  • The cart you are changing to

  • If you'd like us to re-integrate for you, or if you need instructions to do so internally
