If you are changing to a new platform you will need to reintegrate our code.
For example, if you are moving to Shopify, from BigCommerce.
Or if you are updating to a new Shopify or BigCommerce theme, our widget code will need to be added to each new theme.
Please follow the applicable integration documentation provided below and available in our help center If you'd like to re-add the Shopper Approved code yourself.
If you'd like Shopper Approved to reintegrate the code for you, we'll need:
A signed waiver
Admin panel access to your site
If you are collecting product reviews with us we will also need the following:
Updated Product Feed
We will also need to do a product id swap so the new product ids have the associated product reviews.
Once we have a waiver and access, our developers will replace our survey code and widgets.
If you are on Shopify or BigCommerce, we will add this to the preview theme you request and not push changes live until you have approved.
