In order to enable the Gorgias integration with Shopper Approved, you will need to input your API keys into your Shopper Approved App Marketplace. I have included directions to get those API keys below.

1) Log into Gorgias, and then go to into the 'Settings':

2) From the Settings menu, you will go into the 'REST API' menu:

3) Copy your 'Base API URL', 'Username', and 'Password (API Key)' and paste it into the Gorgias portal in the Shopper Approved App Marketplace:

4) Save the changes and everything should be hooked up!
